    diced sweet red pepper
  • 4 1/2 tsp
    olive oil or 4 1⁄2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 4 1/2 tsp
    water
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    each of salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
