Swiss Veggie Casserole

I was skeptical when i saw this, but made it anyway. It was a big hit. I made mine in individual casserole dishes for ease of serving and presentation purposes.

It's very kid friendly and easy to make.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c
sour cream
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1 pkg
vegetable combination, frozen (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots)
1 can(s)
french fried onions (2.8oz)
1/2 can(s)
swiss cheese, shredded

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables, 2/3 cup french fried onions and 1/4 cup cheese in a 2-quart casserole dish.

Cover and bake for about 40 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Stir vegetables and top with remaining onions and cheese.

Let rest for about 5 minutes and serve hot.
