Swiss Green Bean Casserole

thawed,cooked frozen french style green beans
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large saucepan over medium, stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion.
Add beans. Mix together and heat thoroughly.
Pour into greased casserole dish. Grate the swiss cheese over the top.
Crush cornflakes and mix with the melted butter. Put on top of the beans.
Cover and bake 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
