long green beans, fresh or frozen (thawed)
1 or 2
complementary vegetable, chopped (i.e. bell pepper, carrot, tomato, beets, radish etc...)
Blanch the beans in a large pan of boiling water for 30 to 45 seconds. Drain and set aside.
In deep pan, heat oil, then stir fry beans and other vegetable for about 2 to 4 minutes.
Sprinkle salt and sugar over top and serve!
