2 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 cshredded mozzarella

2 Tbspbasil, fresh, chopped

2 Tbspparmesan cheese, grated
How To Make squash saute

1Cook vegetables in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in garlic, cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender.

2Remove from heat; stir in mozzarella & basil.

3Sprinkle with parmesan.
