I make this everytime we have something at church and there is never any left overs.

Ingredients

2 lb
yellow squash or zucchini boiled
1/2 c
butter, melted
2
eggs
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
2 c
ritz crackers
1 c
onions, vidalia, peeled
1/4 c
milk
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c
sharp cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1Boil the squash until tender and chop it up.
2In a bowl combine the squash,butter,eggs,salt,pepper,ritz crackers,onion,milk, cream of chicken and cheese.
3When all of the ingredients are added mix it up and pour into a greased 13x9 baking pan.
4Bake at 350* for 45min to an hour
