Ingredients

2 pkg frozen chopped spinach
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp oregano, dried
1/4 tsp basil, dried
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 c crushed triscuits
2 Tbsp butter, melted

Yummy side dish. Got this years ago from my husband's cousin, Linda Robinson.

Directions

Cook spinach; drain. Melt 1 stick butter in saucepan; add cream cheese and spices. Mix thoroughly. Fold mixture into spinach and put in a greased 2-qt casserole dish.

Top with crushed Triscuits which have been tossed with remaining melted butter.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown.

I sounds great...I will make this..and let you know.... I would have used the 10 oz size spinach also- just looking over the recipe again..Yumm I will have to get some Tricuits...no prob...
