Spicy Texas Grill Roasted Corn

Oh so simple that it's almost not a recipe. I make the marinade with some veg oil and a homemade dry Texas bbq rub. You want it thin enough to to coat the corn well yet thick enough to stay on the cob. If you have a well spiced marinade that you purchase go ahead and use that. It hard to go wrong here.

1/2 c

foil for wrapping

Step-By-Step

1Clean husks and silk from the core ears.
2generously brush ears of corn with marinade, place each on a sheet of foil, and wrap tightly. Keep refrigerated until ready to grill. The longer it stays in the marinade the better the taste.
