My sister combined two different recipes for these pickles. The first time I tried them I knew I had to make some. She finally shared her recipe with me, so here it is. Very easy to make and oh so tasty, with just a little kick.

Stove Top

Ingredients

6 c
sliced cucumbers
2 c
thin sliced onion
4 clove
garlic, sliced thin
1/4
green pepper, sliced thin
1 1/2 c
white vinegar
3/4 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
salt
1 tsp
celery seed
1 Tbsp
mustard seed
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp
black pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Slice up first 4 ingredients and place in tupperware container 9x 13 or larger size with lid.
Add rest of ingredients to sauce pan and boil one minute.
Pour hot liquid over vegetables and stir to cover. Will not seem like enough liquid but
cucumbers will make some liquid of their own. I keep pushing them into the brine occasionally.

Cool completely and refrigerate for 3-4 days.
Eat and enjoy!
