Ingredients

16 oz
small cremini mushrooms
1 c
chicken broth
1/3 c
burgundy wine
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 tsp
ginger
dash
garlic powder

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients except mushrooms in a saucepan. Stir to mix well. Heat over medium.

2Add mushrooms to the pan and gently toss to coat.

3Simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
