I made this last night, with BBQ-ed pork chops. Yummy!!!!!
I have also made this as a casserole and added some cheese on top….and baked it 325 for about 20 minutes.
- 1 – 16 ounce bag frozen corn
- ¼ pineapple syrup from canned pineapples
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon green onions chopped fine
- ¼ each red and orange peppers chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
- sriracha hot sauce “optional”
