Before the days of the cornbread mix casserole Grandma made this corn casseole ands it is GOOD!
bacon, cooked and crumbled
(15 ounce) cans cream-style corn
chopped green bell pepper
crushed saltine crackers
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2Mix corn, crumbled bacon, eggs, onion, bell pepper, milk, and crushed crackers in prepared baking dish, and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, until the casserole is thickened and bubbling.
