- mushroom pieces

1Chop or slice mushrooms or do like I did and buy the already sliced ones
Melt butter in skillet and saute mushrooms with finely minced or grated garlic.
2When the mushrooms are about half way done add salt, pepper and the beer.
Reduce the beer until it is almost gone. Serve.
