1-2 lb
fresh kale, chopped
16 oz
chicken broth, low salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Wash and remove the hard stems. Most of the stems can usually be chopped and cooked if they are not to hard, use your own judgement. Pour 16 oz chicken broth in pot and place kale in pot and cover. cook about 15-20 mins. Kale should be a little crispy, not over cooked.
