4bell peppers

1/2 tspcumin seeds

1 mdonion, finely chopped

1 clovegarlic, minced

2 mdtomato, diced

1 tspchili powder
-
1 tspground corriander
-
1/4 tspturmeric powder

1/2 cgreen peas
-
salt - to taste
-
1/2 cfrozen corn (fresh corn can be used too)

1/4 tspgaram masala

1/4 cgrated cheese
How To Make indian stuffed peppers, diabetic

1Wash the capsicum and cut the top off near the stem. Remove and discard the seeds and pith.

2Heat oil in a pan and add some cumin seeds. Saute the onions and garlic slightly till it begins to sweat.

3Next add the tomatoes along with the chilly powder, corriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.

4Add the green peas and corn and mix everything together. Let everything cook for 3 minutes until all the flavors blend.

5Sprinkle the garam masala and half of the cheese. Toss everything and set aside.

6Bake the peppers in a oven pre heated to 350 for 15 minutes. Serve with chappatti bread or meal.
