Ok, so I changed her name of this sandwich (HG Hungry Mac 'Bella Stack Burger) - I like my name better. But the taste is always good!

Ingredients For hg big bella (a healthier big mac)
- SAUCE:

1 1/2 Tbspthousand island dressing, fat free

1/4 tspsugar
-
1/4 tspwhite vinegar

1 tsponion flakes, dehydrated
- BURGER:

2portabella mushroom caps, gills removed

1 1/2hamburger buns, light (1 top & 2 bottoms)

1/4 clettuce, shredded, divided
-
2 sliceamerican cheese, fat free, divided

1 Tbsponion, diced, divided

3dill pickle chips
How To Make hg big bella (a healthier big mac)

1SAUCE: Combine dressing, sugar & vinegar in a small bowl. Mix well. Stir in dehydrated onion & set aside.

2Bring a large skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium high heat on the stove. Place mushroom caps side by side in the skillet, rounded sides down. Cover & cook until soft, about 4 minutes per side.

3Place 1 bun bottom on a plate & spread with 1/2 of the sauce. Top with 1/2 of the lettuce (2 tbsp), followed by the cheese slice, followed by 1/2 of the diced onion (1/2 tbsp). Place 1 cooked mushroom cap on top.

4Spread remaining 1/2 of the sauce on the other bun bottom & place it on the sandwich, sauce side up. Top with pickle chips & the remaining lettuce & diced onion, followed by cheese slice. Top with the remaining mushroom cap. Add the top bun & press down lightly & enjoy!
