1 bunchbaby turnips, quartered

1/2 clima beans or butter beans, frozen

3/4 cgrits, instant

1 Tbspbutter

How To Make grits 'n greens

1Boil baby turnips in salted water, about 5 minutes. Add the chopped turnip greens & butter beans; cook 2 minutes. Remove the vegetables with a slotted spoon. Add grits to the water; add salt & cook, stirring, until thick, 5 minutes. Stir in the vegetables & butter. Season with pepper.
