Cut your cabbage into wedges.
Brush some melted butter on your cabbage.
Sprinkle some creole seasoning on the cabbage.
Wrap up each wedge of cabbage in aluminum foil. Poke a few holes in the foil so smoke can get in it.
Cook on grill until cabbage is nice and tender.
