- green cabbage head
- tony chachere's creole seasoning
1Cut your cabbage into wedges.
2Brush some melted butter on your cabbage.
3Sprinkle some creole seasoning on the cabbage.
4Wrap up each wedge of cabbage in aluminum foil. Poke a few holes in the foil so smoke can get in it.
5Cook on grill until cabbage is nice and tender.
