Grandma Quinn's Corn Pudding

Handed down from my Mom and a great family favorite, a special dinner must. Easy and a yummy dish---comfort food.

Ingredients

2/3 c
sugar
3 Tbsp
cornstarch
2
eggs
1
med can creamed corn
1 c
frozen corn
1
13 oz can evaporated milk
butter

Step-By-Step

1preheat oven to 350 degrees

2lightly grease 1 1/2 qt. baking dish

3Combine sugar and cornstach in medium bowl

4Add eggs, canned and frozen corn, milk and mix well

5turn into baking dish and dot generously with butter (OPTIONAL: might want to dust top lightly with paprika)

6Bake until center is almost firm, about 1 hour
