Ingredients

button mushrooms stems removed
1 stick
butter softened
6 clove
garlic minced
3 Tbsp
white wine
1/3 c
italian bread crumbs
1 Tbsp
fresh parsley minced
1/2 c
shredded swiss cheese

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven 400 degrees
Spray a 9 x 13 pan
Place the mushrooms open side up.
2Mix the butter, garlic, wine, bread crumbs, and parsley together. Fill the mushrooms with the bread crumb mixture.
3Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese over top and bake another 5 minutes until cheese is melted
