Even those who think they don't like spinach will be carried away with this Spinach Casserole.

Ingredients

20 oz
(2 boxes) chopped spinach
1 pt
sour cream
1 can(s)
cream mushroom soup
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
1/2 c
parmesan cheese
6 oz
swiss cheese, shredded
6 oz
thin spaghetti (cooked & drained)
1/4 tsp
nutmeg

Directions Step-By-Step

Squeeze moisture out of thawed drained spinach. I empty into my colander & drain...

Combine all ingredients well. Sprinkle top w/nutmeg

Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
