I really enjoy these 0nce in awhile, you can add anything you want to them just as you would fried potatoes, garlic powder, onions, sprinkle with cheese. frying them takes the "heat" out of the radish. they don't get as crispy as potatoes do but are a good alternative and low in calories and carbs.
- 1 bunch
- radishes sliced thin
- 1-2 Tbsp
- butter or olive oil your choice
1after cleaning slice each radish into thin slices, melt butter or heat olive oil in medium frying pan,
fry just as you would potatoes until slightly browned and fork tender
