Fried radishes

I really enjoy these 0nce in awhile, you can add anything you want to them just as you would fried potatoes, garlic powder, onions, sprinkle with cheese. frying them takes the "heat" out of the radish. they don't get as crispy as potatoes do but are a good alternative and low in calories and carbs.

Ingredients

1 bunch
radishes sliced thin
1-2 Tbsp
butter or olive oil your choice

Directions Step-By-Step

after cleaning slice each radish into thin slices, melt butter or heat olive oil in medium frying pan,
fry just as you would potatoes until slightly browned and fork tender

Milder. I sometimes put a little sugar on them also. A Kolarobi is in the turnip family. Harlen likes them.
