I have made fried green tomatoes, when I was kid,through the years I have chang it a little. When I live down south they just love the way I made them.
green tomatoes, clean and washed, slice
all purpose flour
11 skilett,put oil in it and heat it up for friing.In a bowl mix egge and milk add a pinch of sugar. In a bowl mix corn meal and flour and seasoning to teast.
2Put slice green tomatoes in milk,egg mixture. Place tomatoes in corn mixture cover bothside. Place in hot skilett and brown bothsieds. Place on paper towles to drain the grease.
3If you want to fry it fast you can use deepfrier. I did this when I work down south in little hole-in-wall restaurant.
