Ingredients For fried cream corn w/ bacon

6 slicebacon, cut into 1" pieces

1 stickbutter
-
12 earscorn on the cob, fresh, husks & silk removed

1/2 tspsalt & pepper

1/2 cheavy cream
How To Make fried cream corn w/ bacon

1Place a bundt cake pan onto a baking sheet. Place pointy end of cobs into center & cut kernels off of cob. Repeat with all cobs.

2In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook bacon pieces until crisp. Remove bacon & add butter to the bacon grease. Add corn. Fry for 2 minutes; turn heat down to medium, cook 5 minutes.

3Reduce heat again & let simmer 15 minutes. Add salt, pepper & cream; let cook 5 more minutes.
