Ingredients

1 can(s)
whole kernel corn, drained
2 Tbsp
butter
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/4 c
chunky salsa, your favorite
1 tsp
pimento
1/4 tsp
red pepper flakes

Step-By-Step

1Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat.Be careful not to scorch it.

2Add drained corn, salt and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.

3Add salsa, pimento and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to medium. Cook until liquid has evaporated, stirring frequently.
