parmesan cheese, grated
Beat raw eggs in a large bowl until well-mixed.
Slice zucchini into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
Dip zucchini in egg batter and place on greased cookie sheet or cake pan in one layer.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan on zucchini slices.
Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over zucchini slices.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool, separate with a knife, & serve.
