Ingredients

2 lb
frozen broccoli flourets
1 can(s)
10 3/4 ounce cheddar cheese soup
4 oz
velveeta cheese, cubed
salt & pepper to taste
1
sleeve ritz crackers,
1 stick
butter, melted
2 Tbsp
parmesan cheese, shredded
few
sprinkles paprika

Step-By-Step

1Cook your broccoli, just until tender crisp - don't overcook, drain

In a bowl gently blend soup and cheese with the broccoli. Place in casserole dish. Salt and pepper if desired.
2Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers and cheese. Spread crackers over broccoli mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
3Bake at 325 degree F. for 25 - 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
