Slice egg plant in thin slices. Pour salad dressing on a saucer and flour with spices on another saucer. Dredge egg plant in salad dressing ( both sides)then in flour (both sides). Place in hot olive oil fry both sides till crisp. Place on paper towel to drain....These are so so good. You can use any amount of spices you like it is all up to your taste preference..They come out like crispy chips..
