Crunchy, Creamy Radish Side Dish
scallians (green onions)
Wash and remove roots from green onions. Chop both the green and white parts.
Wash, trim and slice radishes
Combine radishes, green onions and sour cream. I use about 1 cup, so the radishes and onions combine and mound on spoon.
Add salt to taste. Usually takes a good amount of salt.
Good served with Artisan breads. Nice side dish with meat or chicken.
