Crunchy, Creamy Radish Side Dish

- 1 bunch
- scallians (green onions)
- 1 pkg
- raw radishes
- sour cream
1Wash and remove roots from green onions. Chop both the green and white parts.
2Wash, trim and slice radishes
3Combine radishes, green onions and sour cream. I use about 1 cup, so the radishes and onions combine and mound on spoon.
4Add salt to taste. Usually takes a good amount of salt.
5Good served with Artisan breads. Nice side dish with meat or chicken.
