Creamy Vegetable Bake

Easy. Makes 10 servings..3/4 cup each. (Doesn't go that far with most families.)

You can use Neufchatel cheese,1/3 less fat than cream cheese instead of cream cheese.

Ingredients

1 pkg
(8oz) cream cheese
1/3 c
milk
1/4 c
100% grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp
dried basil leaves
4 large
carrots,diagonally sliced
8 oz
sugar snap peas
8 oz
fresh asparagus,cut into1" lengths
1 large
sweet red pepper..chopped
1 pkg
stove top stuffing for chicken

Step-By-Step

1Pre heat oven to 350
Mix cream cheese and milk in large microwaveable bowl.Microwave on high 1 minute,or until mixture is melted and mixture is blended
Add Parmesan cheese and basil;stir until blended
Add vegetables;toss to coat.
2Spoon into a greased 13x9" baking pan.
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on the package;spoon evenly over vegetable mixture.
3Bake 30 minutes or until heated through and stuffing is golden brown.
