Creamy Cucumbers

This is something that when i make is nice to have on hand for a quick vegetable....These are not my daughters favourite but my husband and me like them..These i feel are nice for a family gathering especially a bbq in the summer...

Ingredients

large unpeeled cucks thinly sliced (i use the long english cucumbers)
3
large onions cup up
2 Tbsp
pickling salt
3 c
mayonnaise
1 c
sugar
3/4 c
vinegar
1/2 tsp
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Thinly slice the cucumber, after slicing add the 2 tbsp pickling salt. Let stand over night, drain well the next day. Towel blot dry (i usually skip this step). Mix the 3 cups mayonnaise and 1 cup sugar along with the 3/4 cup vinegar. Pour into jars or other container...Not sure how long it stays as i have never kept track...
