YUM! This was sooo different from Creamed Corn & it was soooo good! A definate "go-to" recipe!!!!

2 tsp

butter
1/2 c

green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c

red pepper, finley chopped
1 - 16 oz. pkg

frozen corn, thawed
1 - 8 oz. pkg

chive & onion cream cheese spread (tub)
1/4 c

parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make creamy corn

Microwave butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in peppers. Microwave 1 - 2 minutes or until heated through.

Stir in corn. Microwave 3 - 4 minutes or until heated through, stirring after 2 minutes.

Add cream cheese spread; stir until melted. Stir in parmesan.

NOTE: You can also do it on the stovetop like you'll see in the pics.
