Creamy, Cheesy Corn and Peppers

This is a good side dish to go with just about anything. My family likes it because it is just a little different from the ordinary. The jalapeno pepper and cumin give it a little bit of kick.

Ingredients

2 lb
frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 c
milk
2 Tbsp
butter
1 large
bell pepper finely chopped
1
jalapeno peppers seeded finely chopped
1/2 tsp
cumin ground
1/4 tsp
ground black pepper
1 tsp
salt
1 c
graded sharp cheddar cheese
3 oz
cream cheese

Step-By-Step

1In a large pot combine all ingredients except the cheeses.
2Bring to a boil over medium heat.
3reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes stirring often to prevent scalding.
4Add cheeses and stir until they are melted. remove from heat.
