Annette's StoryThe name comes from family always asking, "when are you going to make that corn crap?" There are several different versions of the recipe. Most are corn puddings but my version is to satisfy those of us who love the cheesy corn served in some BBQ restaurants we've had when traveling that we can't get here in Nebraska.
Recipe is my own.
onion, chopped fine
velveeta, cubed small
1Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together. Spray a casserole dish or 9x13 pan with Pam. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered 30 more minutes. Enjoy!
