Just love this, i have to make it for all our holiday dinners, and i will mix up the cheese, i really like smoked cheddar and smoked gouda in it

Ingredients

15 1/4 oz
whole kerrnel corn( drained)
14 3/4 oz
cream corn
1 pkg
jiffy corn muffin mix ( 8oz) or similar
1 c
sour cream
1/2 c
butter, room temperature ( 1 stick)
1 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix first 5 ingredients together and add to baking dish, bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees

Remove from oven top with cheese and bake another 10 minutes
