I was going through my Mothers recipe box and found this.It sounded good and simple to make.We really enjoyed it.If you want to spice it up a little or a lot add jalapeno peppers and onions.

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients in casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.

    Love this too ! I sprinkle grated cheddar over it right after I take it out of the oven.

    What size box of corn bread mix are you using? Full size (like a cake mix) or small 'Jiffy' size? I'd guess the small size, but don't want to waste ingredients if that is wrong. Thanks!
