Got this recipe a long time ago. My Kids who are grown now hated carrots until I made these. They are especialy good in the summer time but look very pretty on a Salad Bar anytime of year

5 cups carrots
1 can tomato soup
1/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 large green pepper, diced
1 med. onion sliced
1/2 cup veg. oil
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook sliced into 1/2 inch carrots in water for about 5 min., you dont want them muchie,drain & let cool. set aside.
Combine tomato soup,vinegar, & sugar. Bring to a boil & let cool. Combine all ingredients. Mix well, marinate overnight
