The beauty of this is…the cheese will melt into the corn, so in my opinion you won’t need butter…or salt.
Remember the cheese is salty.

Ingredients

4 super delicious c.o.t.c.
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1On a piece of foil, zest the lemon and lime.
2Add pepper to the foil.
3Slather the corn with the mayo, lemon, lime & pepper.
4Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
5Wrap in the foil and toss on a medium heat “ the coals are ½ way used “ grille for about 15 minutes turning every 5 minutes or so.
6Then simply enjoy 
