This is a different way to add veggies to your meal. Very healthy, and you can add or subtract seasonings as desired. We prefer this over regular mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

1 bunch
cauliflower, cooked
1 Tbsp
butter
dash(es)
salt and pepper
cheddar cheese as desired

Step-By-Step

1Boil cauliflower as you would potatoes. Drain, add seasoning, and mash. Add cheddar cheese if desired.
