Ingredients

1 lb
carrots, peeled and chopped
3 Tbsp
flour
1/2 c
sugar
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
vanilla
3
eggs
1/2 c
melted butter

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook carrots 15 minutes until soft. Puree in blender, adding melted butter. Add carrots and other ingredients in mixer, adding eggs last. Mix until soupy. Spray 8x8 dish with Pam and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. You can sprinkle this with cinnamon or powdered sugar when done.
