|1 1/4 c||all purpose flour|
|1 Tbsp||active dry yeast|
|1/4 c||olive oil|
|1 3/4 c||cheddar cheese (i use kraft cheddar) (7 oz)|
|1 3/4 c||feta cheese (7 oz)|
|1 1/2 Tbsp||dried oregano|
|1/2 c||black olives|
|*this recipe is so versatile. you can chose the cheese that you prefer, cheddar, gruyere, emmental etc. also you can add sun dried tomatoes, green olives, basil etc.|

Directions-In a bowl, mix together eggs and flour.
-Add yeast, milk, salt and pepper, olive oil, oregano, black olives.
-Add shredded cheddar cheese and cubed feta cheese, mix gently (try not to break the Feta).-Pour the cake mix in a greased and floured loaf pan.
-Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (355°F) for 50-55 minutes.
