1Place cabbage in pan deep enough to to cover with water.Boil long enough to get cabbage hot on the inside.Take from water to cool.
2Fry bacon till crisp.Crumble.Cut core out of cabbage.Pour half of bacon fat of hole left by core.Put crumbled bacon over bacon fat.Wrap cabbage in heavy duty aluminum foil and put on grill and allow to cook for 1 hour or until done.
