Broccoli with Roasted Peppers1

- 1 large
- bunch broccoli
- garlic clove, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp
- roasted peppers, diced
- 2 tsp
- finely chopped marjoram or 1/2 teaspoon dried
- 1 Tbsp
- finely chopped parsley
- freshly ground black pepper
1Cut the broccoli into fairly large flowerets; peel the stems and cut into spears or rounds.
2Steam it, and while it steams prepare the rest of the ingredients.
3When the broccoli is cooked, warm some water in a large pan and add the sliced garlic.
4Then add the steamed broccoli, peppers, marjoram, salt, pepper and parsley.
5Saute over lively heat until everything is warmed. Serve warm.
