It's an old favorite, but I think this version is a little richer than the other broccoli salad's that I've tried. A friend gave it to me, but she says she cuts the dressing in half. I like it as is. . .
bunches fresh broccoli, cut up
strips of bacon, fried and crumbled
1Combine salad ingredients.
2Combine dressing ingredients.
3Pour dressing ingredients over salad. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours before serving.
