I love the name! don't you? Broccoli Parmesan. It sounds so French.

Ingredients

2 medium
broccoli crowns
1 tsp
lemon juice, fresh
1 tsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1 clove
garlic, pressed
1/2 c
parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Cut broccoli into small pieces and steam until you get a nice bright green color and broccoli is still firm. (Once the water under steamer begins to boil, turn off heat and let broccoli steam for about 5-6 minutes.)
2When broccoli is done, place in a bowl and add other ingredients in this order: olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and then cheese; lightly mix.
3NOTE: If you like it cheesy, add more cheese!
