Broccoli Cheese Casserole

melted butter or margarine
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
chopped mushroom (drained)
garlic and herbs spreadable cheese
frozen chopped broccoli (or florets cut in half) partially cooked and drained
stuffing mix, herb-seasoned (some crushed)
Saute' onions in 1/2 cup butter until tender.
Combine onions,soup,mushrooms, cheese, parsley almonds,salt, pepper, and broccoli, mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 4.5 quart casseroles dish.
Combine stuffing mix and 1/2 cup melted butter, spoon over broccoli mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
