Broccoli Cauliflower Bake

- frozen winter blend vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower)
- 1 can(s)
- cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c
- 3/4 c
- shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
1Spray a 9x9 casserole dish with non stick spray.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2Place the frozen vegetables in the casserole dish.
3Mix the can of cream of mushroom soup with the cream.
4Pour the liquid over the veggies
5Spread ¾ cup cheddar cheese over top and bake.
6Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
