I usually have to double this recipe. It's been a family favorite for years and a must for family reunions.

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook broccoli and drain well.
Cook broccoli and drain well.
Combine soup,mayonaisse,eggs, sharp cheese, and onion. Fold in broccoli.
Place mixture in 2 1/2 quart greased dish.

In a pan, melt the butter on low heat. Stir in bread crumbs until coated. Continue to stir bread crumbs over low heat for about a minute.
Remove from heat and stir in two tablespoons of the sharp cheese.
Top casserole with buttered bread crumb and cheese mixture.

Kristal, my husband and I love broccoli and this looks like an easy recipe for him to try (he is disabled). He loves to cook so I can't wait to try this one! Thanks!
