Broccoli and Rice Casserole

My daughter made this recipe when her mother-in-law came for dinner and she liked it so well that it is now her favorite recipe too.
It can be made ahead of time and baked when needed.
1 16 oz pkg
butter or margarine, cut into 1" pieces
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1Cook broccoli in a microwave for about 4 min. and drain
2Put margarine, onion and celery in microwave dish and cook until soft.
3Mix cheez-whiz and soup together until blended.
4Mix cooked rice and all other ingredients and spread into a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 30 min. at 350 degrees

This is a great recipe! I have been making it for every holiday dinner, family reunion, and church dinner for years. It's easy enough even for beginners and also it is just as good when leftovers are warmed up. Now I think I'll have to make some today. :)
