Del's StoryMy daughter made this recipe when her mother-in-law came for dinner and she liked it so well that it is now her favorite recipe too.
It can be made ahead of time and baked when needed.
1 16 oz pkg
butter or margarine, cut into 1" pieces
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1Cook broccoli in a microwave for about 4 min. and drain
2Put margarine, onion and celery in microwave dish and cook until soft.
3Mix cheez-whiz and soup together until blended.
4Mix cooked rice and all other ingredients and spread into a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 30 min. at 350 degrees
