Ingredients

green onions, cut into 3 inch pieces

medium zucchini, cut into 3x1/4 inch strips
1
medium sized green pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1
medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1
clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp
fresh basil, finely chopped

Step-By-Step

1Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add oil.

2Place over medium-high heat until hot.

3Add garlic; stir fry 1 minute.

4Add reserved vegetables; stir fry 2 minutes.

5Add basil.

6Cover and reduce heat.

7Cook 2 minutes and serve immediately.
